Instead of a crisp, rigid tone, the Abaca Tassel Pendant lets the fiber fall freely. Made from abaca grass, its small hanging shape is topped with loose tassels that create texture around the light and give the pendant a softer outline. Its scale works well where a room needs detail rather than a grand overhead light, such as above a bedside table, in a reading nook, near a kitchen corner, or within a compact hallway. The tassels catch the light in fine lines, adding shadow and movement around the shade. Because each pendant is handmade from natural abaca, slight differences in tone, fiber direction, tassel length, and shape may occur.
