Small spaces often need lighting that feels deliberate, not decoratively defaulted. The Takuhanki pendant uses an open weave of banana leaves to create a small banana leaf pendant light with texture, lightness, and a quiet sense of structure. Over a nightstand, near the end of a hallway, or above a compact console, its woven body adds detail without cluttering the room. Light slips through the open fibers in slender slivers, giving the surrounding surface a subtle patterning effect once illuminated. The shade is supplied without electrical wiring or a plug and can be paired with a compatible ceiling or plug-in fixture from our shop; each pendant is handcrafted, so small shifts in weave, outline, and hue may occur. Refresh banana leaf gently with a soft brush, using a barely damp cloth only when necessary. This product is intended for indoor use only.
