The Takuhanki pendant is constructed around the beauty of a footprint. Light moves through the banana leaf weave and the leaf pattern behind, turning this large banana leaf pendant light into a piece that shapes the room through both texture and illumination. Its larger form suits dining areas, living rooms, bedrooms and hospitality interiors where the ceiling needs a stronger focal point. The open construction keeps the shade visually light, whilst the woven surface creates a layered shadow effect when lit. Electrical wiring and bulb holder are not included, so the shade can be completed with a suitable ceiling rose or bulb holder from our store; handmade construction means each pendant may have slight differences in curve, weave and natural tone. Keep clean with a soft cloth and wipe lightly with a damp cloth only when necessary before drying completely. This product is designed for indoor use only.
